It's extremely central and accessible, with countless shops and amenities just steps away. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were universally kind and cooperative. The receptionist was particularly helpful, going above and beyond. They contacted me via WhatsApp before my arrival to coordinate, which was very thoughtful. Upon arrival, I was thrilled when they offered me a complimentary upgrade and allowed me an early check-in as my room was ready. Practical aspects were also great – the hotel offers garage parking at an affordable rate, complete with convenient valet service. Overall, a fantastic stay thanks to the great room, prime location, and truly outstanding staff. Highly recommended!
